CrossFit Games Regional Finals

The 8-9th of May will see the Australian finals held at Randwick Race Course Sydney.

Penrith CrossFit Games Day

CrossFit Penrith will be holding "The Top Dog" Games Day on the 6th of December 2009.

Penrith games day is for the serious CrossFitter aiming for a top ten finish for qualifiers and the rest of the CrossFit community that would either like to compete as R'xd or Scaled, Volunteer or spectate.

In keeping with the ideal of the unknown and unknowable, workouts will be posted on Midnight Saturday Night.

The day will commence at 8am and finish at 4pm [schedule is approx. and may change]

Registration is $25 per person and can be paid on the day by cash only.

We will have BBQ food for purchase as well as coffee and snacks (cash only).
